All deliveries are automatically authorized to be left unless specified otherwise. If there’s no safe place to leave it, the driver will return the package to the depot for a new delivery date.

While we can request a specific delivery date, please note that this is not guaranteed, as not all areas are serviced daily. Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 5 PM, and we cannot provide or guarantee a specific timeframe.
We can request a delay with the carrier; however, they can only hold your package for up to 3 business days past the current estimated delivery date. If you need to delay it longer, we recommend redirecting your order to another address that can accept the delivery otherwise, the order will need to be returned to the sender for you to repurchase at a later date.
While our carriers strive to deliver all items together, it’s possible for orders to be separated, resulting in deliveries on different days. If you have concerns about missing items, please reach out to us.
