This program is managed by FreightSafe, a professional Third Party Claims Manager, with over 17 years of experience in the industry.
In the event of loss or damage to your consignment, please click on the link below to submit a claim. FreightSafe will engage with you directly to progress your claim, which is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Further Information on claim inclusions
Claim timelines required for notification of loss or damage:
- Non-delivery needs to be notified within 14 business days after dispatch of the consignment
- Damaged goods, in the event that damage was noted at the time of delivery, require claim lodgement within 14 business days from the delivery date
- Damaged goods, in the event that the parcel was delivered and signed for in good order and condition, need to be notified within 48 hours from the delivery date
